Lanre O.
Lanre is a passionate and results-driven leader with a unique blend of experience in business, education, and social services. As the CEO of one of the leading fintech start-ups and a retail Oil and Gas marketing company, Lanre has built a reputation for strategic thinking, innovation, and excellence in the financial, Education, Oil and Gas sectors. His entrepreneurial journey has been marked by a commitment to providing accessible financial solutions while driving business growth and sustainability in Nigeria.
Lanre made a significant life change when he moved to England with his family to pursue further education. This decision not only expanded his horizons but also deepened his understanding of global challenges and opportunities. During his time in the UK, Lanre transitioned into the education sector, following his passion for teaching and making a difference in the lives of others. He is now a dedicated maths teacher at a local school, where his strong analytical skills and approachable teaching style help students develop confidence in their abilities.
Lanre's dedication to supporting others extends beyond the classroom. For the past four years, he has worked closely with adults facing learning disabilities and mental health challenges. His work in this field is driven by a deep empathy and a desire to create inclusive environments where every individual feels valued and supported. Lanre’s ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, coupled with his commitment to their personal growth, has allowed him to make a lasting positive impact.
Through his work in business, education, and social services, Lanre has developed a unique set of skills that allows him to approach challenges from multiple perspectives. Rob B.
Rob has devoted his career to the development and delivery of social and healthcare services for more than 36 years and for 34 of these was registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council as a Registered Nurse (RNMH)people having learning disabilities and/or autism spectrum conditions, mental ill health and social care services for older adults experiencing dementia.
His work has been within the NHS, private and voluntary sectors and over the years he has gained further education qualifications in Business Studies, Teaching and Assessing Nursing Students, Autism, Clinical Research and Mentoring & Coaching.
He has worked in roles as Care Homeowner & Operator and a held a number of Regional and National Operational, Strategic, Clinical and Senior Director roles.
His experience spans across concept, design, development and service delivery with a strong focus on clinical and care governance, compliance and driving quality and transformation.
Rob has a proven track record of being a critical thinker, being innovative and creative, but most importantly recognition as being a quality driven person with strong desire to deliver the only the best possible care and support services.

Emma S.
With 27 years of dedicated service in the care sector, Emma has built a broad and in-depth career, starting as a Community Support Worker and progressing through various pivotal roles to Branch Manager, and eventually, Dual Registered Manager. Emma has worked across a wide range of care services, including domiciliary care, learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and end-of-life care, providing support to individuals from young adults to the elderly.
Emma’s journey began with delivering high-quality care as a Community Support Worker, where she provided essential support in people’s homes, before advancing to Care Coordinator, and then to Branch Manager for Derbyshire domiciliary care services. During this time, Emma was responsible for managing services that supported individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs. She was instrumental in ensuring that individuals received person-centered care in their own homes, supporting their independence and quality of life.
Her career progressed further when she became a Dual Registered Manager, leading services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Both services Emma managed consistently achieved "Good" ratings in all areas during inspections, a testament to her dedication and ability to lead high-performing teams while maintaining exceptional care standards.
Emma also has extensive experience in respite and day care services for adults with learning disabilities, managing care in settings that supported short-term care and community integration. Most recently, she has been involved in the direct support of opening new services for a local provider, using her expertise to ensure smooth transitions and successful launches.
Throughout her career, Emma has worked closely with local communities, NHS professionals, social workers, and local authorities to ensure that services are fully integrated into the wider support network. Her extensive experience in building and maintaining strong professional relationships has made her a trusted leader in the sector, consistently advocating for the best outcomes for service users.
With a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in managing complex care services, Emma is known for her compassionate, person-centered approach and her ability to lead teams in delivering high-quality, responsive care.

Kiri F.
With 15 years of dedication to the care industry, Kiri has cultivated a rich and diverse career, working across multiple roles and providing high-quality care and leadership. Starting as a Support Worker for adults with learning disabilities, Kiri quickly expanded their skills and passion for improving lives, advancing to Activity Coordinator, Deputy Manager, and ultimately, Registered Manager. This journey has provided a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs of service users and the operational demands of care services.
Kiri’s career evolved further when stepping into the role of Peripatetic Manager, supporting various services in Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and Supported Living. In this capacity, they ensured the continuous delivery of quality care, directly managing multiple sites and maintaining compliance with regulations.
Building on this experience, Kiri transitioned into the position of Regional Quality Manager, overseeing the operations of 15 services, focusing on regulatory standards, reportable governance information, and ensuring that the highest levels of care and compliance were met across the board. Kiri’s expertise in maintaining regulatory standards and driving operational excellence has been instrumental in promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
With a proven track record of leadership and commitment to maintaining exceptional care standards, Kiri is known for their strategic approach, hands-on management style, and unwavering dedication to supporting both service users and care teams. Their diverse experience makes them a trusted figure in the sector, respected for their ability to drive quality improvements while ensuring compassionate, person-centered care.
